Ensemble: Jazz

Trio: In jazz usually refers to a group comprising a pianoist a double bassplayer and a drummer.
Quartet: In jazz is an ensemble consisting of a "horn( saxophone, turmpet), a chordal instrument (eletric
guitar, piano, a bass instrument( double bass or bass guitar) and drum kit.
Big Band: In the Big Band has 17 players. This instrumentation consists of five saxophones (most often two altos, two tenors, and one baritone), four trumpets, three or four trombones (often including one bass trombone) and a four-piece rhythm section (composed of drums, acoustic bass or electric bass, piano and guitar).
